Risk of disease progression was significantly lower for females, and varied by histology type. For colon cancer, the risk of disease progression decreased over time. For rectal cancer, risk of metastatic progression was significantly higher for those living in more socioeconomically disadvantaged areas compared with those in the least disadvantaged area. Conclusions: An understanding of the variation in risk of metastatic progression is useful for planning health service requirements, and can help inform decisions about treatment and follow-up for colorectal cancer patients.]]> Wed 17 Nov 2021 16:32:24 AEDT ]]> A population-based study of breast cancer prevalence in Australia: predicting the future health care needs of women living with breast cancer https://ogma.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:16777 Wed 11 Apr 2018 16:38:43 AEST ]]> Contrasting temporal trends in lung cancer incidence by socioeconomic status among women in New South Wales, Australia, 1985-2009 https://ogma.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:34080 Wed 06 Feb 2019 14:24:26 AEDT ]]> Widening socioeconomic disparity in lung cancer incidence among men in New South Wales, Australia, 1987-2011 https://ogma.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:33631 Wed 06 Apr 2022 13:58:13 AEST ]]> Factors associated with the use of diet and the use of exercise for prostate cancer by long-term survivors https://ogma.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:36717 Thu 09 Dec 2021 11:03:35 AEDT ]]> Factors associated with the use of complementary and alternative medicines for prostate cancer by long-term survivors https://ogma.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:35014 Thu 09 Dec 2021 11:01:40 AEDT ]]> Changes in prostate cancer incidence, mortality and survival in relation to prostate specific antigen testing in New South Wales, Australia https://ogma.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:51488 Thu 07 Sep 2023 10:52:02 AEST ]]> Cancer incidence and mortality in Australia from 2020 to 2044 and an exploratory analysis of the potential effect of treatment delays during the COVID-19 pandemic: a statistical modelling study https://ogma.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:51477 Thu 07 Sep 2023 10:46:14 AEST ]]> Lung cancer prevalence in New South Wales (Australia): analysis of past trends and projection of future estimates https://ogma.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:27280 Sat 24 Mar 2018 07:40:22 AEDT ]]> Temporal trends show improved breast cancer survival in Australia but widening urban-rural differences https://ogma.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:27281 Sat 24 Mar 2018 07:40:22 AEDT ]]> Cancer incidence and mortality in people aged less than 75 years: changes in Australia over the period 1987-2007 https://ogma.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:23698 Sat 24 Mar 2018 07:13:26 AEDT ]]>
